Happy New Year! Time to bring in 2012 with new beginnings such as new trends, new food, and new events. Time to throw out the old way of creating and thinking. Time to recreate, reform, and rejuvenate.

Which brings us to what’s hot in catering…we are always thinking of new food trends and new ways to recreate what foods are always at the top of the event list. In the South, it’s sometimes hard to get our Southern patronage to give into the new food trends. The traditional Southern Bride believes in Sit-Down or Full Service Buffet.
